52. It's very sad to read so much venom. It was poor judgement to leave the kids with the monitor, but really, how many of us parents have left our kids in the car (with or without supervision) to run in and grab something from a store or pay for the gas in our car. Unless she was in the store for several hours, she really didn't do anything different than anybody else.

53. Here's a thought... Maybe she's tired of having the kids followed and swarmed by paps. The court appointed monitor is not a stranger. How many kids do you know who enjoy chandelier shopping? You never see Britney taking the kids out of the car because there's too many nuts trying to take their picture at point-blank range. You people pick her to death. I understand your point of view but I disagree. I can tell you for an absolute fact that I was never left alone in a car (or anywhere else) by my mom when I was little, and I have never left my children alone either. I was told, plain and simple, to behave myself in public or Mom would take me home. She meant it, and I always behaved myself when out. I told my kids the same thing, and it worked for me too. If you have kids that are running wild in public, then you've lost control of them.

I can't see that shopping for a chandelier is such an urgent task that the limited time this woman has with her children must be spent this way. One of the perks of being rich and famous is the ability to have staff take care of tasks like this so you have your time free for your family and career. It's sad that her children aren't a higher priority in her daily life.
