91. We don't know the reasons she went in, maybe she'd already placed an order and needed to sign something. And of course every mother of two toddlers take their children into shops FULL OF GLASS, please!Also by leaving them in the car SUPERVISED she managed to not have to drag them in front of the paps. If she'd taken them in then she'd have been slammed for subjecting them to the Paparazzi. She's damned if she does, damned if she doesn't. 94. As one person reported, prior to this chandelier stop, Britney had taken the kids for a long wagon ride. As a mom with young kids, perhaps they fell asleep so she decided to run an errand for a few minutes. Obviously the monitor did not object and if she does write it unfavoringly in her report, she will be a hyporcite. If she has a problem, then state it and don't watch them. Since she did watch them, we can ONLY assume no parties were offended. TMZ what is your problem that you can ONLY find the negative with Britney. Seems to me and a lot of your readers that you are the one fixated on her. Stalking even. Perhaps it's better to pull a KFed and leave the state to party for a few days and leave the boys with a nanny?? I don't see why the judge won't grant 50/50 with the approved monitor as she's passing her drug tests. The point that bothers me with Kaplan's defense is that he and KFed were adamant she was a drug user, yet when she has passed all her tests and continues to, it's "oh, it's now maybe psychological". Please, grasping at straws as they now see they will have to share the boys 50/50. KFed if you're reading this, you can do a LOT with $15K a month, especially as Britney bought your house, pays for your nannies and bodygaurds for the boys and insurance, your car (not exactly family friendly for a dad of 4; seems to me if you can't pay your $50K legal fees, sell your own damn car, it's only worth $250K!! If you were any fair father and you cared about her, share them 50/50 and let life continue and then the paps would be away from the boys for the most part.

95. There is only one thing more stupid than Britney Spears and that is her fans! Why anyone spends money on her music is beyond me. That woman only sees her children a few days a week. Any decent mother (wouldn't lose her children in the first place!!) would spend her free days shopping and the days when she visits her children strictly with her children devoting her time, love and energy to them. She is pathetic!

99. I've read some interesting comments on this one...my final thought is this;
You are right, she isn't necessarily a bad mother because of leaving the kids in the car with the court appointed monitor...she likely thought it was best for the kids, to avoid paps and smashing glass...good call...for a normal mother that is not on surveillance 24 hours a day. She is constantly in the news, she is being blamed for being an unfit mother, and has limited access to her kids because of it...
I dunno, if that was me, I would be at home, doors locked, playing with the kids as long as they were there with me.
So no, the situation does NOT make her unfit, but simply put, she shouldn't have been shopping at all.
IMO..she's probably not such a bad mom/person...she just has no common sense, and really needs to spend more time at home because of that.

102. I have always said that Brittany needs to get the paparrazzi to leave her alone. I think we all need to teach her what an in home computer is, to shop via internet. I don't think she needs to have the children exposed to the public. But, rather, at home, asking Mickey D's to come over and be her chef for the day. Enough is enough. But, the public NEEDS to leave this girl alone. Thanks TMZ.. Find someone else to pick on for a while.
